A HISTORY OF DELIVERING GREAT PRICES AND EXCELLENT SERVICE

Our affiliation with the Castle Building Centre buying group ensures that we have the purchasing power to compete for materials for any size of building project. Our two stores work together to make a large inventory available to home builders, contractors and renovators. Both lumberyards operate on the same computer database, ensuring consistent pricing and easy customer account access at either location.

Started in 1977 as Bulkley Valley Farm Supply, John Vriend and family started a farm feed and hardware retail store. The business name changed to Bulkley Valley Home Centre in 1995 and continued to offer competitive prices and quality building material. In 2000, the company opened a second store in Houston.

Today, Bulkley Valley Home Centre is still family owned and employs over 45 people, runs six delivery trucks, including a crane truck in Telkwa and is still offering competitive prices, excellent customer service and prompt delivery. We are proud to service customers from Burns Lake to Terrace, and north to Stewart, Dease Lake and Telegraph Creek.
