CASTLE CREDIT APPLICATIONS

A Bulkley Valley Home Centre credit account is available upon request and approval. Currently, we offer two forms of credit accounts. Bulkley Valley Home Centre also offers a Cash Account to pay-as-you-go customers. Download the form you need below.

Once completed, they can be dropped off at either store or mailed/faxed/signed and scanned to Bulkley Valley Home Centre, Telkwa at: 250-846-5857 or email: ar@bvhome.ca and/or travis@bvhome.ca. If you have questions about the forms or our privacy policy, please do not hesitate to call our accounts receivable office at 250-846-5111. We process account applications quickly, usually within 24 hours.
